AFC Property Services are a family run home improvements company based in Manchester, with over 30 years experience in home improvements. We are Conservatory Insulation experts, having completed thousands of installs nationwide over the last 15 years. We cover all of England, Scotland and Wales, and have even carried out installs in the Isle of Wight.
During this time we have curated our Internal Insulated Roof System, using only the most efficient and high quality materials. Our system has been designed using materials developed specifically for the insulation of conservatories.

We pride ourselves on our no-nonsense approach. You won’t be passed through sales people and office staff giving you the hard sell, and then somebody you've never spoken to turns up to complete the job. Throughout the entire process, our team above are the only people you will deal with.
Our Director Mark will take you through the whole process, from initial discussions to completing the installation along with his team. He will talk you through your options, how the process works and is able to answer any questions you might have, ensuring the solution is tailored to your individual needs.
When we say family business, we mean it.
Our team consists of Father, Son, Daughter and a long time family friend. Everybody is personally invested in the business and cares for it's reputation.
